VILLAGE OF BOTKINS HAS A NEW LOOK!

Date: September 24, 2013

Along the east end of the village park, a sign welcomes those travelling the busy I-75 corridor.  The idea was the brainchild of the Botkins Growth Association.  The Botkins Growth Association, which meets monthly to hear from entrepreneurs and civic groups, focuses on local business and business attraction.  The purpose of the sign was to draw recognition to Botkins.  The hope is that interstate drivers see the building of a new school and a busy park as a few of the quality of life treasures that make Botkins an attractive place to live, work, and learn.  The sign was completely paid for by corporate sponsors.  Sponsors include Brown Industrial, Dayton Power & Light,  First National Bank, Jim King Construction, Mote & Associates Engineering, Republic Services and US Bank.
